Joxar[1] is a male Mirror dragon who runs the Festive Favors shop. He has an unlimited amount of the items he sells, but they only are available during an elemental holiday, when the shop is open for business. When the holiday has ended, the shop will close until the next holiday.
The Festive Favors shop only accepts holiday currency, acquired by gathering items in the element currently being celebrated. Any gathering type can yield holiday currency in addition to items you normally receive during gathering turns.[2]
Holiday-themed merchandise is usable by all dragons. This is to encourage other flights to celebrate the element that is active. The merchandise sold within the shop consists of two pieces of apparel for your dragon, an elemental holiday familiar, and a smaller piece of apparel or an elemental holiday vista. The apparel usually consists of a flight emblem and an exclusive apparel item that fits in with the holiday's theme.
